Paid: GET /scan?address=0x..&network=eth -> 402 + PAYMENT-REQUIRED header (base64 JSON, same in body) -> sign EIP-3009 payment -> retry same request with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header -> 200 report.
Batch: POST /scan {"addresses":["0x..", ..]} up to 50.
